Well it looks like we won’t have to wait till May 1st for an announcement after all. For now it appears that the retailer Target has spilled the beans on Cattle Duty: Black Ops Deuce! The picture above is a pre-order card which was sent to IGN by one of their readers and it looks pretty damn legit to me.
Black Ops 2 has been rumored about for the past few months, but now we have both a title and a release date of November 13, 2012. For anyone not following shooter release dates, Black Ops 2 is dropping one week after Halo 4. And I have a feeling that it might steal a lot of Master Chief’s thunder. As for platforms, the game is of course heading to the Xbox 360 and PS3 (with PC confirmation inevitable). We shall see, though, what Activision has to show us on May 1, when the game is officially announced during the NBA playoffs.
