Cadenza Interactive has been met with underwhelming results on Kickstarter so far with getting funding for their project, Retrovirus. The studio is the same one which is behind the 2010 game Sol Survivor, the title to which Retrovirus is the spiritual successor.
In response to their less-than-spectacular results, the company released a public demo of the game in it’s alpha stage (which is available here), and although the game lacks the large variety of weapons that Sol Survivor had while in it’s current stage of development, the game still looks very complete from a graphical perspective.
The demo has 20 minutes of gameplay, either in single-player or co-op. There are also multiplayer modes available in the demo to try out. Cadenza Interactive is still trying to get enough funding by their deadline in order to polish the project and finish it faster with more content, you can find the Kickstarter page here.
