Fans of the highly regarded new RPG from Capcom can start getting excited, the game’s director wants a sequel to Dragon’s Dogma as much as you do. This is according to a new ten page feature from Famitsu that came out this week.

In the feature, which covers other top Japanese game designers, the game’s director Hideaki Itsuno gave his thoughts on the series and its future. In a translation courtesy of Andriasang, Itsuno basically states that he really wants to make a sequel to the game.

He also goes on to say that the current world only comprises two-thirds of what he had in mind for the game, and that there’s still plenty of things he’d like to do. So there you have it, more Dragon’s Dogma is on the way. The only thing left to do now is to wait.
