Skulls of the Shogun

Skulls of the Shogun is already one of the best games to come out this year, and now it’s at an even more enticing price point. 17-BIT, the studio behind the game, has announced that they’re slashing prices across the board on the game’s various platforms. This includes Xbox 360, PC, and tablets.

The Xbox Live Arcade version of Skulls of the Shogun has officially dropped to 800 Microsoft Points (formerly 1200), while the Windows 8 and Microsoft Surface versions of the game are now only $6.99 (formerly $14.99). The Windows Phone version, however, will stay at its current price of $4.99.

It’s worth noting that players on every platform can battle each other, thanks to the game’s nifty ‘Skulls Anywhere’ asynchronous multiplayer mode. The new price point should definitely get more people to try the game’s addicting turn-based strategy gameplay. Trust me, the game is worth every penny.
